5 lb. tanks are best option for home bars. 5 pounds of CO2 is a lot of CO2. Depending on output settings the tank can be counted on to dispense 10 kegs and often will put 12-15 kegs out before it runs out. On Dual Gauge regulators on gauge reads the pressure remaining in the cylinder while the other reads the gas being imputed into the draft system. Full the tank weighs about 10 pounds, empty they weigh 4 pounds. All the the kegerators we sell will fit a 1/2 barrel keg and a 5 lb. CO2 tank. If you are converting a refrigerator into a kegerator allow 18" in height and 6" in diameter. The tanks are deceptively large, however they usually can be finagled to fit in most all appliances.
