This keg tap works with all American "D" system sankey kegs. CO2 and beer flow in/out horizontally. Literally the low-profile tap only raises ½ inch above the tapped keg, versus standard taps that require 5-6 inches of clearance above the top of the keg. Perlick Manufacturing Company is well established in the beverage dispensing equipment industry and recently released this compact and durable keg coupler. Easy to use; just press and twist the tap. Features include: very high quality and ultra-durable design chrome plated brass body low-profile design for low clearance areas chrome plated probe 3/16” I.D. beer output barb (standard beer line size) 5/16” I.D. gas input barb (standard gas line size) 55 psi pressure release valve to release pressure from within the keg -helps with foam by allowing the user to depressurize the keg
